Full rehabilitation, re-integration and resettlement of prisoners and ex-prisoners back in society as useful and law abiding citizens

To try as much as possible to change the negative attitudes towards prisoners and ex-prisoners.

Two:

To assist prisoner’s and ex-prisoners to be successfully reintegrated so that they can contribute to the social and economic development of the country and be law abiding citizens.

Three:

To involve all social actors/stakeholders in the social rehabilitation process.
